Crankshaft Pulley/Vibration Damper-Standard A/C 2002-2006

Crankshaft Pulley / Vibration Damper - STANDARD A/C - OEM 2002-2006

AKA: Harmonic Balancer

We strongly suggest replacing the crankshaft bolt (a stretch bolt) on the front end of the crankshaft at the same time. See this bolt (two different versions), listed below.

Only for models with standard A/C, which has a single A/C compressor. NOT for models with rear A/C which has a second A/C compressor (one above the other). See this other version pulley below.

See woodruff key for engines manufactured from mid-2002 to 2006 below.

For engines manufactured from April 2006 through end of production in August 2006, you must use a different woodruff key. See both versions pictured below.

Corteco is the OEM supplier to Mercedes Benz for this part.

Not for vehicles with accessory rear A/C having a 2nd A/C compressor, which is driven by a second belt, a V-belt. Those vehicles require a special two-belt pulley that is shown below.
