Who is Europarts?
Europarts is an independent supplier of factory original auto parts specializing in Sprinter, Metris, Eurovan, Mercedes, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, Saab, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Mini, and other European based vehicles. We focus on accuracy, discount pricing and rapid order processing service. Europarts opened in 1985 as a mail order business before launching our e-commerce platform. Europarts is a pioneer in the European OEM parts business and serve customers not only in the United States, but also in 23 other countries.
What parts do we carry?
Where do we get our parts?
Our parts predominantly come from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Generally, this is not always Daimler or Volkswagen. Although these corporations design fine automobiles, they manufacture only some parts such as sheet metal and major engine castings. The majority of the parts are contracted to independent manufacturers who tool up according to the automaker's specifications and begin producing parts for both assembly line and replacement divisions.
Some parts are placed in the automaker's boxes (Genuine) and eventually end up at franchise dealerships. Other parts (OEM) are placed in the manufacturers' boxes and are sold to suppliers like Europarts.
These parts are the exact same factory parts you would receive from your franchise dealer, BUT at significant savings to you. Same parts, Same warranties, all at 20% - 85% below your local franchise dealer's price!
How does our service work?
Our online store is open 24/7. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. 95% of all orders are shipped within a few hours. You can set up an account on our website when ordering to track all purchases. We do our best to make it as convenient as possible for you, our valued Europarts customers.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed during normal weekday hours (7AM PST to 4PM PST) will be shipped the same business day, assuming all items are in stock. Orders placed after hours or on a weekend or holiday, will be shipped on the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
Depending upon your location in the US, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail or 1-5 business days via FedEx Home Delivery/FedEx Ground. Overnight and Two-Day Express services are also available. Deliveries to Canada are typically 7-10 days, from date of dispatch.
Things to keep in mind regarding Express, Ground and General Delivery Shipping:
FedEx Priority Overnight shipped on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday, not on Saturday.
FedEx 2-Day shipped on a Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday, not on Monday.
FedEx 2-Day shipped on a Thursday will arrive on the following Monday, not on Saturday.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers six days per week and delivers on Saturday, at no extra charge. It is often the most cost effective and speedier shipment method for a weekend delivery. Liquids and flammables may not be shipped by any postal or air shipments per Federal guidelines (Ship only with FedEx Home Delivery or Ground).
FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
Parcels are picked up by FedEx at our warehouse Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday pickup.
All deliveries outside the US will take considerably longer. Keep in mind that you may also have to pay customs brokerage and/or import duties to your national government. We have no control over this process and it varies from country to country.
General Delivery Shipping.
Parcels delivered to a general delivery address is sole responsibility of the customer. Europarts will not be responsible for lost packages shipped to a general delivery address.
