We want the parts to be delivered to you as quickly as possible. If delayed, it can be for a number of reasons that are out of our control.
If the package shows delivered, then you must call USPS / FedEx directly to claim with the tracking number provided on your invoice.
If you have an issue, we will do everything we can to try and help you. We have had customers unhappy with the delays and therefore unhappy with our service. Unfortunately we cannot control these things. We want our Customers to have a great experience.
