The fuel return hose assembly (H) and drain/purge line (G) are NOT included. You can see these two hoses below, along with the special hose clamps for fuel hoses.

Diesel Fuel Filter - HENGST H278WK (OEM) 2004-2009
Two O-ring seals are included with the filter, which are to be used on the moisture sensor in the center of the filter element.
These are for 2004 to 2009 model years only - Not for 2002-2003 or any Sprinter engines 2010 and later.
If you are planning on removing and replacing the original "Clic" style fuel hose clamps on top of the filter, you will need 1 x 13 mm clamp and 1 x 15mm clamp, see below.

Fuel Filter Purge Hose (3 Pin Moisture Sensor) 3.0L V6 2010-2012
This hose connects to the moisture sensor on top of fuel filter and is the only one furnished with a metal bracket. Bleed screw is at the opposite end.
NOTE: This hose is used on those models which have the type of fuel filter with the removable 3-pin moisture sensor from 2010 to 2012
DO NOT ORDER THIS IF YOU HAVE A FUEL FILTER WITH THE NON-REMOVABLE 5-PIN MOISTURE SENSOR.

Fuel Filter Purge Hose (5 Pin Moisture Sensor) 3.0L V6 2010-2018
Hose to top of fuel filter. Snaps onto the small nipple at the top on the side. This hose has a bleed screw on the end for purging accumulated water at the bottom of the fuel filter.
This hose supersedes old part 642 070 20 38, which has been discontinued by Mercedes.
NOTE: This hose is only used in conjunction with the new BlueTec engine fuel filters with the non-removable 5-pin moisture sensor.
