612 078 00 00 2002-2003 Sprinter Polymer Fuel Hose Kit

Contains the 3 major polymer / nylon fuel lines in the front area of the engine.

These white nylon lines include the horseshoe-shaped retainer clips, where required.

The fuel return hose that links the five injectors is not included and is shown below.

647 078 07 81 Fuel Hose A 2004-2006 *DISCONTINUED*

This is a U-shaped rubber hose from the fuel filter to the metal pipe.
This hose replaces hose 647 078 02 81, which has been discontinued.

Each end uses a hose clamp, 2 x 13mm, one clamp at each end.

647 078 09 81 Fuel Hose B 2004-2006

This is a rubber fuel hose elbow at the diesel injection pump using 2 x 13mm hose clamps, one at each end.

This hose has one end which has a larger inside diameter on one end of the hose.

Fuel Hose C is similar in appearance however, both ends have the same size inside diameter.

647 078 08 81 Fuel Hose C 2004-2006

This hose replaces hose 647 078 04 81, which has been discontinued. This is the lower elbow hose at the injection pump.

The inside diameter of both ends of the hose are the same and uses two 13mm hose clamps at each end. Fuel Hose B is similar in appearance however, both ends have a different size inside and outside diameter.

This hose was discontinued by Mercedes in November 2021.

As there is no replacement available, a section of bulk neoprene fuel hose could be used in it's place.

This neoprene diesel fuel hose uses a 13mm hose clamp at each end.

647 078 11 81 Fuel Hose E 2004-2006

This is a fuel return hose at the fuel distribution rail, using 2 x 13mm hose clamps, one at each end.

This hose replaces hose 647 078 06 81, which has now been discontinued.

This fuel hose runs from the fuel tank line to the fuel filter.

Approximately 406mm or 16 inches long, and requires two 15mm hose clamps.

This is a shrouded nylon / plastic diesel fuel line with a quick disconnect device at each end.

Runs from high pressure fuel injection pump to fuel distribution rail and pressure control valve.

This nylon/plastic diesel fuel line runs from the top of the fuel filter to the low pressure fuel transfer pump.

O-ring used at both ends of the white plastic fuel lines on the OM612 5 CYL engine.

Also used on 2007-2009 3.0 V6 on end of fuel purge hose where it enters the fuel filter.
