This o-ring is located at the output end of the turbocharger(on the compressor side) located between turbocharger and aluminum charge air elbow.
Note that these seals are GREEN in color, signifying that they are made from VITON, a long lasting, heat resistant compound. The old seals were black neoprene and failed relatively quickly.
