These are made by Rotomaster and are only for 2007 - 2018 V6 turbochargers.
This actuator moves the variable vane mechanism on the turbocharger.
Before installing a new actuator, insure that the turbocharger vane linkage moves freely. Failure to do so will cause the new actuator to quickly burn out. (NO WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR THIS). |

Note that these seals are GREEN in color, signifying that they are made from VITON, a long lasting, heat resistant compound. The old seals were black neoprene and failed relatively quickly. |

Located at the center of the compressor side (aluminum section) on the end of the turbocharger. Resides inside the large diameter plastic intake pipe.
A clamp surrounds the end of this plastic hose/pipe. This clamp should be very snug to avoid any boosted air leakage at this point. |
