These are manufactured by Borg Warner, the OEM supplier to Mercedes Benz. This is the identical unit as those sold at a franchise dealer but in a Borg Warner box.

The fan clutch for the 2010 and later engines has an electrically actuated clutch. The earlier 2007-2009 models have a centrifugally actuated declutching mechanism.

Approximately 515mm in diameter (20.5 inches).
