This is a cylinder head which has been removed from an engine with just a few hours of run time.
Cylinder head include all valves, springs,guides, lifters, both camshafts and the valve cover. The total retail cost of this unit would be $3524
at a franchise Mercedes dealership.

Mercedes dealer sells a bare cylinder head for $2190, with no valves and
for $2600 with all of the valves installed, but without camshafts.
but, no camshafts ($462 each x 2) are included.
