Charge Air Hose-Intercooler to Intake 2004-2006

Complete three-piece hose assembly, includes upper and lower hose sections, both clamps and plastic mid-section along with the seal ring.

This hose runs from the output side of the intercooler up to the intake manifold - Manufactured by the same company that supplies Gates and is of excellent quality.

The air intake temp sensor & MAP sensor mount in the middle of the plastic connector bracket of this hose assembly. These two sensors are shown below.

Sprinter 2004-2006 Sprinter

Purchase a quality clamp for this hose HERE

Only for the smaller and more common size intercooler found on all 2004-2006 models models.

If it is 54 mm (2 1/8 inches INSIDE DIAMETER) order this hose. OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS ABOUT 2 3/8 INCHES.

If it is 64 mm (2 1/2 inches INSIDE DIAMETER) order the other version below.

This is the longer of the two hoses that connect to the intercooler. The hose assembly comprised of two rubber hoses clamped to a plastic bracket/housing which holds both the intake air temperature sensor and MAP sensor. Neither the upper, nor the lower hoses are available as separate units. This is only available as a complete assembly.
